Compress Apple ProRes

1) Sign up for Descript for free. You have 1 free hour of transcription per month. No credit card is required.

2) Upload your video to Descript by dragging and dropping it into the project window.

3) Once the upload has finished, double-click on the video screen and drag the corners to resize the video.

4) Share your cropped Apple ProRes video by clicking on "Publish" and selecting the "Export" button to post it or download it to your desired location.
