2) Upload your video to Descript by dragging and dropping it into the project window.

3) Once upload has finished, head to the "Layer" option on the right-hand panel and adjust the speed of your clips under "Duration". You can drag left and right in the "Speed" and "Duration" boxes or — for more precise control — simply type in any multiplier.
