Trim IG Video

1) Sign up for Descript for free. You’ll get one free hour of transcription each month, and no credit card is needed to get started.

2) Upload your video by dragging and dropping it into the project window. Descript will automatically begin processing your file.

3) After the transcription is complete, you can highlight and delete the parts of the transcript you want to remove by pressing backspace. Alternatively, you can trim the video directly by opening the "Show Timeline" tab in the bottom left corner and selecting the segments you wish to delete.

4) Once you’re satisfied with the edits, share your newly trimmed Instagram video by clicking on the Publish button and then selecting "Export." You can also download the file to your preferred location.
