Extract Audio From h264

1) Sign up for Descript for free. No credit card is required.

2) Upload your h264 file to Descript by dragging and dropping it into the project window. Descript will automatically start transcribing it!

3) Once upload has finished, head over to "Layer" and uncheck the speaker icon in the "Audio" panel.
